๐ฟ WellnessToday's Tip
French bedrooms are for sleeping. No television, no desk, no exercise equipment. The temperature is cool. The curtains are heavy. The phone charges in another room. The bedroom is a sanctuary, not a multipurpose space.
Try This
Tonight, remove one non-sleep item from your bedroom. The TV remote, the laptop, the stack of work papers. The French bedroom edit is gradual but absolute: if it does not serve rest or intimacy, it leaves.
French sleep researchers recommend the "90-minute rule": go to bed at a time that gives you complete 90-minute sleep cycles before your alarm. Six hours (4 cycles) of uninterrupted sleep is more restorative than 8 hours of fragmented sleep. Calculate backwards from your wake time and commit to that bedtime.
One French lifestyle tip, every morning at 7am. Free โ always.
