๐ HomeToday's Tip
In France, fresh flowers are not reserved for special occasions. A small bouquet from the market every week is a household staple. But the rule is restraint: one variety per vase, never a chaotic mixed bunch.
Try This
This week, buy a single bunch of one flower. White ranunculus, or simple greenery. Place in a clear glass vase with water changed every two days. One vase, one type, full impact.
Cut stems at a 45-degree angle under running water to prevent air bubbles. Remove all leaves below the waterline. Add a drop of bleach to the water (yes, really). French florists never use flower food packets. The bleach prevents bacteria without altering the water.
One French lifestyle tip, every morning at 7am. Free โ always.
